The Monumenta Cemetery was organized in 1902 and started with a small 3-acre sized plot on Front Street in Lynden, Washington. Currently, the cemetery has a little over 10 acres and has faithfully served the community for over 120 years.

Monumenta is a registered non-profit organization in the state of Washington and receives no funding from any governmental agency. We rely solely on the income obtained by selling burial plots and the related burial services. The cemetery is open to all who desire to be interred in our cemetery.
